Scanner Compatibility Notes
We recommend the Fujitsu ScanSnap or the Pentax DS Mobile scanner. Other scanners may work, but we have found that these are the best scanners on the market and have the best drivers; your results may vary using any other scanner. If you have problems with your scanner, it is likely caused by the scanner drivers. Please read the scanner notes below and contact your scanner vendor for assistance.- Fujitsu ScanSnap owners, please see this note
- HP scanner owners, please see this note. We do not recommend using HP scanners.
- EPSON (We do not recommend using EPSON scanners.), Canon, Brother, and Lexmark scanner owners, please see this note

- ReceiptWallet 2.0 is a FREE upgrade for all ReceiptWallet and DocumentWallet users; your existing serial number will work with the new version.
- DocumentWallet has been discontinued; ReceiptWallet 2.0 is the replacement for it and will read existing ReceiptWallet and DocumentWallet data.
